Strategy[edit | edit source]

During the rush for the middle altar at the start of the game, you can drop all three of your spells on the altar. This will severely weaken the enemies and make capturing it much easier. Remember not to put cherry bomb randomly on the altar, but to place it with its knock back in mind, so that when the bomb goes off you push your opponents where you them to go.

Your Q is an awesome kiting, chasing, DoT skill. When you're chasing an enemy, unless you can reach them with the slow, don't use it on them, instead, use it on yourself to chase better. Also, remember when you are using it as a speed boost, use it directly on top of you to ward off melee's and so that the enemy can't juke you by walking the other way. Good enemies will use long ranged and mis-used Gumdrop Potions to determine where you will want to go and juke you out of your speed boost.

The Cherry Bomb is also very helpful when you need to escape, but you also be careful when using Cherry Bomb, as the knock back might push an enemy to safety or knock you out of range, costing you a chance to KO them. A lot of people use her E as just a finisher or just as a burst skill. Using it as a finisher is acceptable when it's too dangerous to auto attack or the enemy is just too far. Remember that knockbacks go through almost all types of magic immunity. It goes through Jake's E and Marceline's E immunity. You can also use the knockback as a pseudo-stun when you throw the enemy against a wall. The possibilities are endless.

You can jungle effectively by using your turrets to soak up the damage while your sit back and attack from a distance. Don't forget to kite the monsters as they will try to attack you. Another good use for the turrets is for blocking skill shots, such as Jake's Q, Ice King's Q, or The Lich's W. Also, a lot of people underestimate the damage of the turrets. Use this to your advantage, fight them and stand your ground unless they can burst you down faster than you can kill them. If they can't kill you faster, attack them for your passive makes 1v1 against most AA-reliant champs better, drop a turret, use your Q as a speed boost and as a slow to the enemy for better kiting, and use your Cherry Bomb as either to block their escape route or to position them back to your team/turrets when they try to escape.
